Hello All,
I am wondering if there is a site that will let you test some HTML. I am not too good but I am trying to make my own auction template and it is a pain to keep trying it with the auction managment site I use.
Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks

You can test the HTML by creating an ebay listing and previewing it. As long as you do not submit the auction you're not going to be charged.

You can actually preview the html right on your on computer by
opening up your browser then selecting the file you saved your
code to and viewing it from your browser.
Of course you'll still want to preview from the Ebay listing page
before you launch the auction just to make sure it's okay.

I think I may be losing my mind. Shouldn't I be able to open explorer, click on the file menu then click "open" then browse and retrieve my file and then click on the box "open as a web folder" and then it should display..right?
When I made the file, I saved it as both a text file and a web page file and it won't work with either one. Am I doing something wrong?

Did you save your file as BlahBlah.html?
And make sure that the bottom line of the save dialog box read "All Files"
If you typed the above but left the save option as "text(.txt)" then you would have saved a file that was named.
BlahBlah.html.txt Which will not work.
A good easy to use program for writing html is Cute Html. You can find it at
http://www.globalscape.com/downloads/cutehtml.aspThis is a trial version that you can play with free of charge. It lets you check your work as you go. It would still be a good idea to test your template in ebay itself as well.
Cheers,
