kasue	posted on June 5, 2003 09:50:15 AM new Hi, Can anyone help over in the launching problems area? I have a real time problem. I need to get these concert tickets listed for a friend and am having a problem with the starting bid, the reserve, and the buy it now disappearing when I go to launch. I have to get them on right away as the auction is June 15 and he can't go.

capotasto	posted on June 5, 2003 12:52:23 PM new Sounds like you're "out to launch." Is your problem with launching from vendio? If so, here's a neat trick if it ever happens again... go to ebay and click on the SELL tab. [ edited by capotasto on Jun 5, 2003 12:53 PM ]
kasue	posted on June 5, 2003 12:59:48 PM new You mean I should post the problem on one of Ebay's help boards? I haven't used their chat rooms for a long time. I find their format difficult to use. I certainly thought Vendio would have been able to see what the problem was. I hope it wasn't from something I tweaked trying to change my set payment and automated message screens. If so, the problem will come up again next time I try to list.
