Anyone else check out the new page design? Looks pretty good to me...I especially like the statement at the top about buyers expected to complete transaction...wonder if it will reduce the number of NPB-ers?

The biggest opposition to the new page format is the s/h info now being on the bottom instead near the top. The 'ship to USA only' sellers may see an increase in foreign bidders and buyers.

I already put the shipping at the top of my auctions. Saves me from having to answer emails from those who don't look at the bottom of the page. As for getting more international sales - Yea! If it weren't for my international sales lately, I'd have practically none at all. Recently, I've shipped to Puerto Rico (I know it's not international - but it's far. ), Hong Kong, Isreal, Canada and the UK. They've been my best customers overall.

Thank you for discussing this upcoming change. Has there been any information posted about how eBay's new page design might affect the usability of Vendio's templates? Please direct me to where I can look into this further. Thank you & Kind regards, wildfireh20

I like the part where you can click to get LIVE help! Now that's what this page is ALL about. Help. About time.

Course you get no record of the convesation from what I see and they have never e mailed me back about what I told them. Specifically how to spell correctly on their Welcome to power sellers e mail.

Thenew page design does not effect the templates since templates are placed into the description area and the changes are in the top section.

You can almost bet that some of the third party auction listing services will have some trouble with at least parts of the new page layout. Maybe photos, javascript, or something else.

Don't count on the templates working correctly at first. Ebay sent a blanket e-mail to all third party venders that they had better check out the ebay updates and adjust their systems accordingly. Not sure exactly what they will have to do as that section was closed to the general public, but is ebay is telling the third party venders to update, you can bet there will be some major changes on how the listing systems work. With any luck they will have the bugs worked out before the major change, but don't count on it.
