This is just a comment, no question.
It seems that Paypal/Ebay is the 1000 ton gorilla and if you want to do business on the internet you MUST go through their system. They must have 90% of auctions and online payments wrapped up.
That means, we have to follow their mandate, there is no question, no refusal.
A very nice monopoly.
As I visit Paypal, it looks like a miniature Ebay. I remember when Paypal looked like Paypal and didn't have all the ads on it. Boy oh boy, this is becoming ridiculous.

you dont have to go thru ebay or paypal to do business on internet.
you can have your own website,take credit cards with your own merchant account and drive traffic to your site thru advertising online and offline.
