So what did they tell you? Is it real? If so, congrats!
I checked my letter I got from eBay some months back and this is what I noticed. Maybe eBay spells different than I do.
UserID - I type User ID
hardwork - I type hard work
webform - I type web form
entrepeneur - I spell entrepreneur
---------------------------------------
Okay, I can understand them putting UserID or webform as one word but I have never seen hardwork as one word. And entrepreneur is just plain spelled wrong by eBay.

Hello, I never asked or was I ever asked to become a power seller. Ebay just put it on my sales one day. To me it means nothing to be a power seller except a lot of hard work. It doesn't cost less for me to sell or do I get any perks. I have even seen on this board that some buyers won't buy from power sellers so maybe it hurts, or is it those buyers are just jealous because they can't cut the mustard. What do ya think ??
