...I need it!
I have a gal who purchased two auctions and has not paid yet, ended on May 29.
Last time I heard from her she said she was going to set up her paypal account, which I closed mine and my auctions are well illustrated/described as "no paypal."
I just checked her feedback and she has a neg (she only has two feedbacks, bringing her to zero)
Should I send a last chance email?
I sent my warning notice, and now want to start getting my fees back.
Me sell through rate is stinky, so I am reevaluating my plan for packaging etc, but, finally, with a 53 feedback, will two retaliatory feedbacks kill me?
Thanks folks...

I'd say this person has had time enough to come through on the sale and send payment. Sounds like another "story" to keep you hoping. I'd go ahead and relist, file to get your listing fees back, and give her a negative. Yes, you may only have 53 feedbacks and a negative never looks good, but once you get the first one, then the fear is gone. It gets under your skin, but you just move on. I have only one with almost 800 positives and I didn't deserve mine - guy left it because I didn't write back within 24 hrs. He wrote and said "I expected the box with it". Well, I didn't list the box, so didn't have it. I now have a note in all listings that says, "don't expect boxes, hang tags, etc. if it isn't specifically noted in the listing". I'd gotten the neg when I had only 60 or so positives. Good Luck!

Hello
Sound like you are a rather new seller.
First you need a plan.
Second you need to follow it.

My Post sale plan goes like this but you tailer to your preferances.

Sale closed
Invoice with 24 hours (Says so in my TOS)
Answer any emails
Week three send a short personal e-mail
"No payment etc I'm confused where are we at on this tranaction..."

No reply file within 5 days for Final fees back (Step one)

With reply wait 10 days USA, 12 Non USA and if no fund arrive file for fees back.
Some times an error will surface here such as a missed Pay Pal payment by seller etc.

Ten days later file for fees back.
Ebay makes this a little difficult but if you carefully read the instructions you can do it. Remember how to do this for the following times.

Block bidder

Do NOT leave feedback it does nothing but get you a negative. Ebay Non-paying reports get buyers kicked off Ebay not Negatives.

Never "Never" leave feed back first. Always respond to feed back (Put that in your TOS)

Ignore any other e-mails from old bidder.
You probably will not get a Negative.
If by chance you do "reply" ...with 30 days no payment etc "Ebay dead beat" or words you like.
Relist item.

Remember it is a business not a church service.
Regards
David

I actually use the NPB warning as my personal email for people who don't pay within 2 weeks. First, I can give longer for the FVF if I need to, and second, I think an official email from ebay looks a lot better than an email from me asking where their payment is. I've done it both ways, and by far I get more of a response, and a much quicker one if the next contact they have from me is the NPB warning. The paypal payments come flying in, along with the apologies...

ahce I agree with you - mail from e-Bay normally gets more response than the same directly from the seller. If the buyer is at all really interested in being active on eBay - a warning from eBay gets much more attention, than the same merely from the seller.
