I am fuming from my experience at the post office. I was in there on Thursday sending several boxes to Europe. The next day I happen I logged in to my online banking and noticed I was charged twice. I call the bank. Bank tells me to call the post office. Post Office tells me to go back to the post office with my receipt and proof that I only signed one receipt. The local post office refuses to do anything and implies I am making it up.
So I go back and call the main branch. The Supervisor over there, makes a simple phone call to my bank and the matter will be cleared up.
Why am I still mad? Because I spend thousands of dollars at this post office and was treated so rudely. I have been going in there for over two years with no problems.

Yes, it is annoying when a clerk insists on being obstinately stupid.
Some post offices excel in seeking out and hiring such people.
Is there no one there who you deal with regularly who would take your side? I make a point of getting the names of all the window clerks and chatting them up. This has saved my bacon more than once.
I am not hotcupoftea on Vendio.

I reported all of the woman to their supervisor who didn't seem to concern with my complaint.
I am petite, soft spoken polite person. Not a #*!@ on wheels. I could not understand why they did not even try to help me. They told me "it's not our problem." All it took was a simple phone call to my bank to solve my problem.

I got a bunch of free bee major fast food coupons once. Over the period of a week I gave each worker one. They smiled when I handed them one. The Burger joint is right across the street from the P.O.
This week I saw some minature metal Post Office trucks, brand new! I bought the whole case.
They seem to find better rates at the counter than I do on the computer sometimes.
