I know many of you pooh-pooh the Trading Assistant idea, but I'm giving it a whack. What I want to do is promote this as a side business, but eBay has been non-responsive to my inquiries regarding use of the eBay name, eBay logo, or Trading Assistant logo in promotional material.
eBay provides a couple of really worthless posters as "collateral," but have no guidelines as to other marketing material.
Has anyone used any of eBay's "intellectual property" when promoting their business?

Hi, Have you read the trading assistant board on Ebay's site? According to that board, there is someone on Ebay who sells trading assistant business cards with the ebay logo on it and he has Ebay's permission to do so.
