What an absolute joke this company is. I used them to send a payment. Payment has not arrived. Payment has not been cashed. Item no longer is available. Guess who must request the cancelation of the payment? You got it ... the seller. If seller is lazy and does not do it.... guess what recourse you have. NONE! As the buyer of the MO you have no rights whatsoever with this compnay. You cannot even request that they contact the seller for verification of your desire to cancel (or for that matter reissue) a MO. The really humourous part is that they reccomend that in the case that the seller does not contact them that my only recourse is to contact the authorities. Do they understand that since they are the ones holding the funds and have no proof of delivery of them I would be contacting the authorities in regards to them and not the seller?

My favorite part is that the CS agents apparently are completely unsupervised and have no information as to when they will have a supervisor.

I am fed up with them too.
I still have not heard back from them from when I posted the other day. Then I sent a 2nd request email- still no response.
They are for the birds!
I will try calling now. Thanks for the number.

As someone who has family in the CS business, 9 times out of 10 that "supervisor" is the person sitting in the next cubicle over.

To speak to an acutal supervisor, you need to ask to talk to a "supervisor's' superior.

Wow,
This is a different twist. As a seller, I love receiving bidpay payments. Never any problems. I guess a buyer better make damm sure that the payment is actually sent though.
Good luck on this one.

Stone - how does one make damn sure that another company sends out the money order? There is no way. Since they use no delivery confirmation, there is no proof that the money order was ever sent. That will be there downfall. Tomorrow if I this process is not put into motion I will contact the credit card company and dispute the charge since they are unable to verify that they have fulfilled their end of the bargain.

Thank you Fenix!
I called that number last night & got through quickly. Problem resolved. They did tell me that they are about 14 days behind in answering emails. The website says they will respond in 24 to 48 hours.
Thanks again!

Sue - you are welcome. Glad things worked out for you! I called back today on mine ready to chew the ears of a supervisor or two and instead got a very helpful woman who had no idea what the person yesterday was talking about and while I was on the phone with her started the cancelation process. Now, you would think this would be the end of the story but Nooooooo.... a couple hours later I check the mail and find a letter from the seller with the bidpay money order enclosed along with a note explaining that they are not sure why they recieved it. Bidpay had put the wrong item number on the money order.

I think I am going to hold off on additional purchases until this freaky karma wears off.

...and suddenly this buyer ...who I never heard from until 28 days after the close of the auction...has reared her little head & wants to know why I didn't notify her that I was relisting these items! She also wanted to know just where did I return the money order to.
And to think she can leave me 2 negs after all of this!
