my favorite is that ebay now thinks they own the right to the word Bay?!?!?

If it's really Common Sense, why do so few people actually have it?

fenix, I was just thinking the same thing. They already own us in a way. Pretty soon the whole internet will be just one big ebay.

first shabby chic, now eBay, bay and what ever else enters their mind. I think it all stems from the last lawsuit they lost.

Ebay trademarked the word "Bay" and Al Gore invented the internet. No one has been able to trade mark generic everyday names but they are allowed to continue trying to use bully tactics until someone challenges them.

Guess I won't be able to find "Tampa Bay Buccaneers" using Google. Greedy corporate bas turds.

Green Bay better look out. Ebay will be suing them shortly because of the name Bay.
