I'd love to see a way of displaying someone's feedback based on type, not issue date. A clickable link on the pos, neg and neutral labels would bring up a screen of just those kinds.

I'm not interesting in reading "Super Buyer! You're the best! A+++++" 250 times. I want to see what they got rung up for. You know, helpful things like "Gave monopoly money to UPS driver for COD."

They've already got it for Bid Retractions, why not make the whole box hyperlinked?

.

Hi, I have 4400 POS feedback's with 6 NEGS. 5 negs are liars and or non paying bidders. One NEG I deserved I blew a listing. Sorry I don't want you to read what WACO'S and LIARS say about me. I just got a new NEG the other day. A gal was to cheap to buy insurance for $1.30 on a $16.00 dish. She was offered insurance but refused it. The dish left here well packed but somehow the Post Office broke it. She gave me a NEG saying I should have put a fragile sticker on the box. LOL. She didn't blame herself for not buying insurance and didn't blame the Post Office for breaking her dish but gives me a NEG. See what I am saying about WACO'S. When Ebay comes up with a better feedback system I will agree with you then but until then no way.

I could not disagree more. If a buyer wants to find one of my Negs they will normally have to go through 8 pages of positives, to find one. This gives the appropriate message that I take care of my customers. If they could sort just by the negs they would get a half of page full of them from the last 3 years. It would appear that I am a horrible seller.

It would be easier for you to find Negs on someone, but it would cause even less trust of sellers all across ebay. No one wants that.

I am very concerned about ebays lack of ability to catch scammers early on. I know there have been several of them that have been brought up to question on this board weeks and months before ebay ever caught up with them.

The integrity (and the perceived integrity) of the sellers on ebay is of utmost importance to all of us. Anything that decreases the trust of a buyer is a very bad thing.

"For I know the plans I have for you." says the Lord. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." - Jeremiah 29:11

It's actually not that hard to find negs. Just set the number of feedback comments per page to 200 and search the page for the word "Complaint" by using Edit->Find on your browser's menu. After it finds the first, just keep clicking "Find Next" on the Find window. If they have more than 200 comments, you'll have to change pages but at least you can search them in 200 line chunks.

Yahoo Auctions has the positive and neagative types of feedbacks all sorted out and one mouse click is all that is needed to find each type. I like ebay's system better.

I knew there were some strange folks in Waco but I didn't know they were causing such trouble with sellers.

If it takes a long time to find the seller's negs, then it's probably a good seller.
