Darn right they do. Look at this poor sole and visualize the grief he is going through and didn't really have a clue why at this point. He was helped later. If you know a newbe seller and want to be kind again warn them as the spoofs are getting better, oftener and a new seller is overwhelmed as it is. It is not only Ebay is Pay Pal AW and who knows who else. ......David

Ebay, Paypal and there other sites affected by the spoofs are walking a fine line. If they harp too much about hacked accounts and stolen credit card numbers they risk losing potential users and established users fearing the sites are not safe. If they do too little they risk more successful spoofs costing them users and money.
I have always said that ebay should run a prominent bold banner of each and every ebay page that says that ebay will never ask for sensitive account information in any email letter.
