You did what you could. Just be sure you finally get your fees back so that she gets the boot eventually. Neg or not at your discretion. Re-list and move on.

NativeAmerican have you tried pull her contact info and giving her a call? See if she's a dead beat or just on a shopping spree.I'd hate to be one of those sellers ...man thats alot of bids.

Last year I had a time clock listed in the business and industrial category. The high bidder never answered any emails after the auction. When I checked his bidding history, I discovered he had bid on over 400 auctions and won 350 of them in a 4 day span. They were all in the B & I category. About a week later, he was NARU. You can use the same technique I used to deal with your problem. File for your FVF, call him every bad name you can think of, have a cold beer or three to cool off, and relist. My clock sold for more on the relist anyway.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

I guess now all I can do is wait the 10 days and file for the FVF I'll be filing 3 of them so maybe that will be enough to get her kicked off ebay. I have her user info but I don't get a answer just the machine. and she won't return my calls.
