Anyone using it? What are the differences between SMP and Vendio? Which is better? What are your opinions? Pros? Cons? Ive been using Vendio for over a year but was interested in seeing the difference between the 2.... HELP!

Hi Niner,
I like ebays selling manager. Just find it easier to use than vendio's. But I keep saying one day I will get in there (vendio) and figure it out, so I can use that instead.
I dont know if Vendio's has the capability to record whether the item was paid for by check, MO, PP, or etc, but that is one feature of EBAYS SM that I really like because if they dont use PP, you really have no other way of recording payment method and shipping costs. Unless you to it all yourself in a spreadsheet or something.

I dont know. I think they are both in the ball park of 4.95 a month or something like that. Probably better off with Vendio as you get the image hosting as well.

I tried using Ebays programs and it was OK. But, I think they are raising the fee to $14.95 or something like that unless they are planning an enhanced and basic service.
I stuck with Auctionsage since I had already become familiar with it and find it easy to navigate through.
I use Vendio to list under one of my seller ID's but do not like their email setup so never use it for aftersale management.
I don't like Ipix but am curious to see what Ebay's new photo service will look like in a couple of months.

Are you using Vendio online listing or Sales Manager Pro to list? I use Vendio Sales Manager Pro and just love it.
I like all the post sales Vendio stuff too but if it wasn't for Sales Manager Pro and the free images - I think I would just use Ebay's Selling Manager Pro?

I tried EBay's Selling Manager for about 1 week of the free trial when it first came out and went back to Vendio listing and post sale manager ( I never quit my VD subscription so used it for the image hosting)...Cost consideration aside, I prefer Vendio. I did not like eBay's post sales management - it was too cumbersome to use for my purposes, their image hosting is THE PITS and I like to have the ability to schedule my listings FOR FREE...for the most part, I have been very satisfied with the Vendio system but that doesn't mean I won't check out others.
