I am in the midst of writing a description of an auction when I started to put Figural in the title. If it wasn't for this board, I would never know how that one word figural can change viewer hits, and increase bids. also I realized I would not know about the buy from quill on bubble mailers, I probably would not have a Sony Mavica Camera, or know about the watch list from baconbuttie. This is just a few I can think of right now, but I am sure there are many more to add. Just want to say thank you to all.

Latte: Ditto from me. Unbelievable how much we can learn by reading this board. I come to it at least twice a day and feel infinitely smarter than I was four years ago!

Me too ... I am grateful for most of the advice and input I see here ... not all of it, but most of it LOL ...

I miss out on the night partiers here though, because I'm early to bed, early to rise. ... wish I was healthy, wealthy and wise.

This is the first place I come to see what is new and exciting.

Love to see the purchases. I like to help if I can but mainly I would like to thank all the knowledgeable posters that know a lot. I am not going to name then because they know who they are and also I might miss someone important and I don't want to do that.

Thanks to all....

Yes, I am addicted to it as well. Thanks to all for the knowledge and fun as well. (Dont ya miss fluffy's comments when she is gone? Or the jibe between her and Ace? I get such a kick out of it!!)

When I posted that I was opening so many Vendio auctions, I started to think, maybe its from being here so much. "Birds of a feather kind of thing?" Did make me wonder.

It's been helpful for me as well. Just off the top, I have learned about electronic delivery confirmation, great deals on packing supplies, and even ideas on items to look for to sell. Thanks everyone!

Reenie, that word figural brought me hundreds of dollars on an auction & I learned it here.
Same goes for the Mavica & bubble mailers, also learned here & a few thousand other things besides.

I come here first thing in the morning & last thing at night & 10 times in between.

My thanks to everyone too.

Yep, me too!

I am always referring this site to others. I think it is about the best. Of course, there is one other, but I prefer this one.

In the four years that I have been hanging out here at AW/Vendio I have seen many users come and have seen many go, unless they are lurking I have seen some suspended and even banned from posting here!

I have learned so much. Even now, I still learn something. Maybe not as much as in the beginning, but I still learn things, nevertheless.

Thanks!

I learned EVERYTHING I know about auctions right HERE...for FREE!

I'm sure the other boards a great, but they all give me a H/A with all those sig gifs that drive me to drink!

Ralphie insists we check-in here every am, right after his P&P

Hello All,
I don't post often...just one of those "lurkers". I, too, would like to say a big "THANK YOU". I learned about the electronic DC here....saved me lots. Lots of other things as well. Perhaps I'll be able to help someone else one day. You are all great.

And to Tom & Ralphie, WAY TO GO on the plates!

Tom & Ralphie - So happy to see your plates doing so well! Congrats to you both. I hope you have some left over after paying the bills!

I love this board, too. It has helped me out a great deal and has kept me from making some costly mistakes!

By the way, my grandaughter started kindergarten today. I'm such a PROUD "gramma". Here's her pic (what a ham):

Thankfully, she looks nothing like her father. Hee, hee, she looks like me. It irritates my daughter to no end that people think Tiffany is my daughter. Oh, payback. What a great feeling.

Oh, Cheryl, what an adorable little girl! I have only grandsons and envy you - a lot.

Speaking of "payback," a golden moment for me, after my daughters began having children, was when one of them said to me these golden words: "Mom, I don't know how you did it." Eight words that I treasure and will never forget!

That's my son and my daughter in the photo. It's one of the few times they got together without bickering about something.

Can't wait to see the the baby photos! I love grandbabies! As grandmas we do become the favorite babysitters. I only wish I had the energy my grandaughter has. She wears this old broad out!

Edited to add: The photo was taken at my daughter's. My bookcase is not quite so neat. Ebay things even end up in my bookcase.
