Could someone point me to the right direction?, as I would like to post a few pictures (of a glass item), so that the other members can see it.

Do I upload it to "Vendio" first?, and then, how do I post them?

When posting this question, I don't see any way to include a link.

Thanks!

I upload to Vendio, click on the picture to enlarge it, right click. Drop down menu shows. Click on properties. Copy properties. Paste url in message and add [*img] in front. [*/img] in back. DON'T USE THE ASTERISKS.

There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

Hello Max 40, and thanks for your reply!

Do you mean that you right click, in the "manage images" tab?

And when you post, does the URL show?

Thanks again!

Once your thumbnail image is showing on your images page, you left click on it to enlarge it. Then you right click the image to show the drop down menu. You left click on properties. This will bring into view the url of the image. You highlight it, right click to copy it. Paste the url into your message and add the [*img]in front and the [*/img] after. Don't use the asterisk as I have. It doesn't belong in the brackets.

Thanks again!

I will try it soon.

BTW, how come that you are including the "asterisks", if it it not to be used?

Just curious

I don't know what would show up in the message if I didn't include them to kill the url. Good luck. It took me 3 years to figure out how to post a picture here. Only learned after someone else posted directions.

Max40, you are a wonderful teacher!

Many thanks to you. They ought to hire you as the Vendio tutor.

I have posted the new thread with pictures.

I have thanked you there as well, but I put your name in parentheses, and it came out with a wink at the end (I guess because of the combination of a quotation mark & an end bracket mark).
