I finally had time in between work to take some fotos of the silver cigarette case. Hopefully someone came tell me what vintage or style it is. I don't think you can see by the fotos but it's marked "sterling Silver inside. The brown flaky stuff on the inside isnt rust (You probably can't see it anyway BUT...) It's little pieces of tobacco.

Pretty standard imitation repousse decoration...early 20th century...I have a couple of these around here somewhere. Should bring $60 - $80.
You didn't mention the dimensions. A case large enough to hold calling cards (and cleaned up) would probably get some interest from the Victoriana crowd.
