I will never understand eBay Buyers they wait to the last minute to bid. Then they win in the last 10 seconds. WHY CAN'T THEY TAKE ANOTHER MINUTE TO TO SEND SELLER A EMAIL AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE WIN AND LET US KNOW HOW THEY INTEND TO PAY. They get the vendio end of auction notice, I send them a paypal invoice and 24 hours later still no response from them. In one case the buyer ignores my vendio end of auction notice and ask me where to send his money order. I then send him the information and ask him to respond by email with his shipping address so I can get his package ready to mail again 24 hours later no response. Whats with these people. Almost makes you want to give then a NEG for being inconsiderate.
There that said I feel better LOL

Oh!! I can relate!
I filed a NPB yesterday on a bidder that refuses to follow my terms.
He wrote again this morning telling me the same old tale.

Sorry bud, already relisted!!

How do you know they are even getting those Vendio notices? So many email programs/systems have SPAM filters turned up way too high and things get thrown out that shouldn't. SPAM filters don't bounce the messages back to you, they simply delete them.

I know when I get a message with the subject "YOU WON!!!" I know what my first reaction is... DELETE!

these bidders could be using sniping program to make last minute bidding for them.

That is what I am thinking, they could use a program, and make the bid days before.

That is how I title my WBN "YOU WON then the item number and name."

I wanted it different then what ebay sends.

Me three. I make most of my eBay purchases through a sniping program. However, that's no excuse for a buyer not to contact the seller and follow the TOS. If the shipping is in the auction and I know the total payment, I will often pay within 15 minutes of the auction ending.

Not lurkyloo on eBay

Okay, what you're saying is you sent your bidder an EOA and it's been 24 long, grueling hours and you haven't heard from them and you think they should get a neg for being inconsiderate?

Gee...

Watch the donut, not the hole.

I had a Newbee bid, then ask a question: Can you ship for less?
I said NO, I only ship one way and the auction states that along with the shipping charge.
Her responce was: Oh I guess I should have read that first before bidding.
Needless to say I had to do the NPB & FVF thing, she never did pay after she won!

some bidders just read your invoice and mail out the payment with their address, they do not respond email with email.
they also do not like stranger to know where they live.

If they don't want a stranger to know where they live, how do they expect to get the item they won?

I send out the eBay invoice AND a personal one. Sometimes they get the eBay notice and not the personal one and sometimes it's the other way around. It's a royal PIA, but it's been working 99% of the time. I have a WBN template on my 'puter and I just fill in the blanks. If I'm really lazy, it's cut and paste.

Off topic but, the winds are extremely high here and I'm sitting in my office catching the bitterly COLD breeze making it's way through my windows (my office is all windows). I look like I'm dressed for the northpole. The only thing I'm lacking right now are the gloves. Typing is sure hard with cold hands!
