Hey, I was thinking this AM (dangerous thing to do, I know...haha) but anyway, I think we all complain about the Bad buyers alot on here; and I thought to myself, "I am so glad for the good buyers", otherwise I'd be a basketcase trying to do this.

So maybe we can put ourselves in a good positive mood if we post something about a great transaction we've had.

Heres mine:
Sold something to a lady she wanted rushed out. I had postage figured for parcel post not priority...would have wound up making about .50 cents on the deal, and she of her own accord sent me an additional check to cover my profit! (Wasn't that really nice?)

I've had people send an extra dollar or two for "my trouble". You've got to love that. My best though was a recent sale where I sent the wrong items to the wrong people. Both parties were so understanding and great about it. It could have easily been a neg for me. I turned around and sent them each something extra for their trouble. I really have no complaints about my customers of late. They've all been pretty terrific.

Most of my buyers are terrific. The college girl who bought hats in late September brings a smile to my face. Before she bid - she asked if I could have them to her by Halloween!

There's also a lady buying china from me who seems very sweet - she wrote that she's trying to replace her mother's stolen china.

I also got a money order in the mail from a NARU'd bidder along with an apology that she wasn't able to leave me feedback.

But I think my favorite has got to be one of my first customers. I sent her three pieces of glass. One arrived broken and she still left positive feedback, as well as sent an e-mail telling me how nice the two surviving pieces were. (I've since much improved my packing skills.)
