I've had two Dutch auctions ending in the past two days and Vendio's winning bid notice did not go to any of the winners. The space where the numbers should be in Post Sale is just blank. All of my regular single-item auction WBNs went out fine. I've emailed Vendio but haven't gotten a response. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know why this has suddenly started happening? I have begun using a new computer this week with Windows XP but can't think of any reason that would prevent WBNs from going out to only winners of Dutch auctions.

Here's a thought. Get off your lazy behind and actually e-mail your customers directly. It will go a long way to restoring credibility of online sales.

That is exactly what I did when I saw the WBN wasn't working. Now here is a thought for you--try not being a jerk when you respond to a post from someone looking for help in a forum that is supposedly here for that reason. What right have you got to accuse someone you don't even know of having a "lazy behind" just because they ask a question? I PAY to have this software work correctly and when it suddenly stops doing so after some 15,000 auctions I think it's a legitimate question to ask on this board.
