Goofy e-mail #1

"I bid on your auction. I haven't heard anything from you about shipping it."

Well, of course not, he hasn't paid for it.

Goofy e-mail #2

"I only use paypal. Are you sure you don't use paypal?"

Am I sure????

Goofy e-mail #3

"Do you have anything for sale other than these four?"

What four? I sent him a pictures of six items.

Ok, time for me to stop making fun of the bidder's and go back to being my usual nice, helpful self.

...monkey love!

All the monkeys aren't in the zoo,
Every day you meet quite a few,
So you see it's all up to you.
You can be better than you are,
You could be swingin' on a star

What would we do without each other here? We can poke some fun at dumb e-mails privately here and then behave ourselves out there in the e-world. Reminds me of living in Utah for 21 years. We "gentiles" would get together and share what we'd learned about "that church"--and sometimes stories of being snubbed or otherwise disrespected because we weren't of that persuasion--and sometimes we'd laugh a lot over oddities. Then in public we behaved ourselves, kept a lid on our normal reactions a bit, and got along pretty well.

I am sooo tired of getting checks in the mail with no indication of what item they are paying for. And yet--it's nice to get checks, isn't it?!
