Was able to purchase more postage, but now it says my account is suspended??? because I got the password 'pass phrase' whatever wrong, the 3 times your out. they say to call, but I think they are closed on Sunday

Anyone know how to fix this??? got postage on there, am up to date on service fee's..

This is frustrating..

Thanks in advance!!

(I'll probably be out today, the roads are not so icy, got cabin fever so gotta get out of here!!! but would truley appreciate any help!! )

Have had Stamps.com for years with never a problem of any kind!

I've used ENDICIA for 2 years without ANY problemos -- BEFORE that, I used STOMPS.COM & all I had were PROBLEMS!

Gee, Stamps.com sure does suck...

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Endicia. I goofed and forgot the pass phrase thing, and tried 3 x, and after trying 3 x -your out!

Ended up going to the USPS site, where you can print and pay a one time postage.... now that is interesting, no service fees etc.. but I do like the ease of Endicia

Don't get me wrong.
I'm sure Endicia works.
And I'm sure there are as many here that use stamps as there are that use Endicia.

The point I'm trying to make is:

Where are the Threads,Posts and questions of help, for Stamps?

dad, I don't know. I am sure there are lots of ebayers using stamps.com, but your right, there are rarely any threads dedicated to stamps.com

Could be the stamps users don't use the Vendio boards?

Stamps.com is alot EASIER to use than Endica, but I dont care for stamps.com because they wont give you a history of your purchased postage. I dont like that. They told me it is machine specific and they dont keep the records. Yeah right,. Everything is databased everywhere and that was a bogus answer. What do you do if your computer crashes or there is a fire or who knows what? You're SOL.

Neroter12:

Just go to view reports.

You will find there:

Postage purchased.
Postage sent & to whom.
And Ins. purchased.

Quite complete if you ask me!

Just curious; How much does it cost to use Endicia, or Stamps.com? An afterthought, what is wrong with USPS on line? I don't ship small item, i.e. things that are under 13 oz. Anything over 3# goes by FedEx Ground.

dads, no, not if your using a different computer. It only has what you have recently purchased on that particular computer.

Add: I think it has something to do with the serial number you download.
