Is any one having problems with buyers sending part of the shipping when they send payment through Paypal. I have returned five this week, it looks like they are doing it on purpose. I put the shipping in my auctions invoices and e-mails. I also put that I don't ship internationally,they bid anyway and want it for US postage. I think these people hope you won't notice and will send the item anyway.

I've received many paypal payments that were shorted over the holidays. Seems to be the latest scam. I now check each & every one more closely.

I've had it happen too with international sales and I have to admit, trusting soul that I am, I hadn't been checking my payment amounts very closely.
Now I try to send an ebay invoice right at auction end with the foreign shipping amount filled in so they can't change it.

Neglus: I have been using the eBay invoices & they seem to work ok for me. I have several that I have combied shipping. The eBay invoice is nice for multple purchases. They all come up & then I can add the S & H.
