That's it! Thanks so much Lucy! I did a search on smith moons & stars and found the exact pattern of the glass. Not of this piece though. Sure would be nice to gather more info on it before trying to sell it. The handles are so strange. Never seen anything like it before. They are kind of offset and there are two handles: one on each side instead of one solid handle running from one side to the other.

I can't find ANYTHING on this silly bowl. The closest I can come to is Smith moons & stars. For the first time, replacesments was very little to no help. Emailed them the fotos, No emails back, just an emailed listing if I want to buy more of the same pattern. I emailed them again with the specific questions:
It doesnt look exactly like the moons stars pattern because the top row of moons has a depression in each "moon" and not a star as is seen in the rest of the piece. The handle is also different than anything they have.
I also asked when they thought it was made. Still no response. Just received another list of items for sale in that pattern.
I even called them and nicely explained the situation. I was told that their "expert" who is sought out for his knowledge answered my questions with the list.
I KNOW we have experts here that are just as good if not better than theirs. PLEASE, if you can shed any light on this as to if it truly is smith's moons and stars or another pattern and approx when it was made, I would truly appreciate it.
I also checked sites of westmoreland pieces and found nothing like this.

The handle looks like something that might have been designed by Ben Seibel or Eva Zeisel, but I've never seen anything they have designed in glass, only pottery.
