This is a new one for me.
My husband has started selling on eBay using Vendio Sales Manager. Everything has been running without a hitch until this week. He has had 3 auctions close & the buyers are all complaining that when they click the 'pay now' button all the info they receive comes up in German & miscellaneous characters. He has not changed any settings.
He has one buyer who is so angry (after 3 days) that he has said he will not pay for his purchase.
Has anyone else had this problem & if so how did you correct it?

I've had complaints about not being able to access the checkout. I don't use it. I use eBay invoicing. He may want to turn the feature off until he figures it out.

I will bet he has the function "I will sell internationally" checked on his auction sheet. I had a question from an international buyer on one of my auctions, when I clicked on the auction it came up with the title in english, underneath the title it was in Italian. us and euro price. The top part of the auction sheet was in italian with some english mixed in and the description in english. Did she buy off eBay USA or a foreign eBay. That might be the the problem. Other than that I have no idea.

If you have not already, you would want to Post this problem on the Vendio Monitored Part of the bulletin board system.
