quick question-----ANYONE ELSE NOTICED THIS?....listed some items yesterday and before hitting the submit button to list.....I noticed my current account balance with ebay.....today, upon relisting some items, my account balance has doubled ?......anyone know if this has to do with ebay's new billing procedure ?
