I tried printing a label for a purchase that was paid through paypal. When I do the label I get this message. Anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it? Frustration is setting in.
The "Ship To" address that you provided is not valid. Please verify that you are using an accurate address and click 'Continue'. How do you verify an address that PayPal won't let me verify> Man this is stupid. I think I need sleep.

I tried printing a shipping label through PayPal a couple of days ago and got no results. The printer didn't activate and I had to request a refund (still pending), and go to the USPS label site to create the label.
I'm wondering if there is a flaw in the system, or do I need to download some special software to use the feature through PayPal. ???
I found no reference to special software, but have to admit I was in a bit of a hurry so didn't spend a lot of time looking...

When experimneting with the shipping feature a week or so ago, I did get the same message, yet the recipient was verified, according to PayPal. (Go figure!)

It probably doesn't work with an unconfirmed address. I went back and confirmed the address as it is the one paypal has but unconfirmed. I didn't want to have to go to the PO but with only 1 package without postage I have to make a trip. Nothing is simple anymore.
There is no special down load. All you have to do is click the ship after the paypal payment is made and it takes you to the place to print your label. I see PayPal keeps 20 cents for everything other than Priority Mail.

Libra63 It's done it to me before on a confirmed address...Sign out paypal and then go back to Ebay, click on MY EBAY and click on the print shiping label and go through the steps again...It must be some litte flaw that happens from time to time .
Or You can go straight to paypal...Click on payment and it should have at the bottom print shipping label
edited to add...if it a unconfirmed address there nothing you can do but ship it if your not worried about it being unconfirmed

I have printed many postage labels on PayPal with no problem, however all were confirmed addresses. I just rec'd a payment through P/P with an unconfirmed address. I have emailed the buyer for a confirmed address asa I don't ship to an an unconfirmed address due to P/P's seller protection policy. I'll see what happens.
