Well, Dad, I guess you just have to wait out the time and do the NPB stuff and hope he's stiffed two other sellers and gets his sorry self kicked off.
Yes, there is a lot wrong with this picture. It would be much easier for eBay sellers if eBay would make it harder on bidders. Make them way more accountable than they are now.

Just curious, since I've never sold something for which the listing fees were $63! Why can't you recover all the listing fees? Why just half?

I "think" they refund the listing AND fvf ... BUT it is an unfair major pain in the butt to have to wait 10 days then jump through more hoops to finally get that all to happen ... in the meantime you're wanting to relist it PRONTO. ...
Yes, you ought to make that nonreading bidder pay you for his mistake.

The listing fee is not refundable, but I do believe you get your second chance offering if your file NPB and FVF. The other fees like bold or highlighting are not refundable. One thing I have found is next to worthless sports cards, the vehicle sales catagories have the highest rate of deadbeats.

I find this very true. And now add clothing to this! I have been on Ebay since 1998 and do clothing. This is the worst I have ever saw it for non payers on clothing. Been very bad since the beginning of March. So easy, bid up a storm and just not pay.

See my new thread-- eBay's "top" sellers, including some from ebay motors, are having a "summit" in NY and deadbeat bidders is one of the issues they are going to discuss.

I just filed the FVF.
And after checking, I see he stuck another person for another Motorcycle.
Just like he did me.
I hope they have the good sence to file NPB & FVF.
The sooner they get rid of this guy the better!
