Suzanne Sommers a crock? Well, yeah...

But not to worry... Jack just uncorked a bottle of you-know-what to keep himself amused until 9:00 when his dinner will be ready.

It really is true that Suzanne sells the crock pots on HSN. I've seen it with my own eyes.

Here's a good one.

Take 4 frozen chicken breasts (no bones or skin) and half a bottle of Salsa. put the breasts into the crock pot and pour the salsa over the breasts, make sure the salsa coats all surfaces of the chicken. Put on low for 8 to 12 hours. Mash the chicken with a fork before serving, it should pretty much fall apart. Serve on Tortillas. Take about 3 minutes to start before work, 10 minutes to make some beans and rice, warm a few tortilla's and make a salad... Almost any salsa will work. I like Mango Salsa....

someone has to cook, my wife doesn't want to... That recepie works with any salsa. See what kind you can find and try it.

What I love is that I can get it ready before taking off for work in less than 10 minutes and it is ready to eat when I get home. Another thing you can do is cook up the rice and add them directly to the Chicken Mix when you get home from work, Throw in a can of Fat Free Refried Beans and wait 10 minutes. You get an interesting paste that fills burritos well. I like to add some sharp cheddar cheese.
