Are your spring time sales way down? Mine seem to be. I will have a hard time holding on to my power seller status if this keeps up.

Well, I don't think I'd say WAY down but yes, down some.
A week or so ago I was rummaging around in my Vendio Closed auctions looking for things that needed to be relisted. Noticed something which, to me, was most enlightening. Beginning on 7/3/03 and ending on 8/31/03, I had a whopping huge TEN PER CENT sell-through! Jeeze.... I generally sell 65-85% of what I list.
What does this tell me? I'm taking July and August off. The people who have talked about bidders not using eBay during summer are, IMHO, correct.
I'd be very interested in what others' Vendio Closed statistics reveal. Who knows? Maybe it's just me.

What were your sales like last year? Maybe you have more competition now. I'm guessing you sell jewelry. Shipping charges can be a big issue in that category.
Most of what I sell is close to one-of-a-kind so there's not a whole lot of competition.
The jewelry I've sold was all estate items. I offer a flat-rate for S/H first class, sent in a bubble mailer, or $3.85 for priority, plus insurance if needed. Which means if it goes over, oh, $25-30.00 I add insurance to their total.
