eBay UK must be having slow listings with the recent heatwave? Anyway for new sellers who have never sold (on that particular ID) on eBay.co.uk can enjoy up to 10 free listing during the next week...

First Time Seller Promotion

Between Monday 17th May 00:00:01 BST to Friday 21st May 23:59:59 BST, users who have never listed an item for sale before can list up to ten items for free on eBay.co.uk.

Am I eligible for this promotion?
As long as you've never listed an item before, list up to 10 items on eBay.co.uk during the promotional period and get your basic insertion fees for FREE!

• Applies only to users who are registered as eBay members before Thursday 13th May 00:00:01 BST AND
• Have never listed an item on eBay before.
• Listings must be made between Monday 17th May 00:00:01 BST to Friday 21st May 23:59:59 BST
• Up to 10 listings maximum per eligible user account will qualify - if more than 10 listings are created, the 11th item and beyond will be charged the regular insertion fee.
• Users are under no obligation to list the maximum 10 items during the promotion.

What’s included?
• Only the insertion fee will be free - all other fees will still apply.
• All categories are eligible for the promotion including Motors and Real Estate.
• Auction, Auction with Buy It Now, Buy It Now Only items are included.
• Listing in 2 categories for one item is included.

N.B. Users will see that they are charged on the SYI and in Account Status during the course of the promotion but will be recredited by 7th June for insertion fees of qualifying items.

Nothing like offering a promotion that no one can take advangage of! So so typical of ebay.

This might be a good one for people that have separate selling and buying ID's. If you have never sold with your buying ID, it could be worth a shot.
