Has anyone used paypal payment and printed a label for ups?
Do you have to have it picked up or can you drop it off at a retail story??
My local UPS store always ends up costing more than the website says?

I use it all the time. You can just hand the packages to any UPS driver that you see anywhere. Its a 1/2 hour drive to UPS so if I see a UPS truck on the way I pull over and give the packages to the driver. You can also drop them off at staples at no extra charge.(I don't know if all Staples stores have UPS drop off)
The "UPS STORE" (ye old MBE) tacks on a HUGE surcharge upon ANY shipping done there (including UPS & USPS) unless you have yer own postage affixed -- they once charged me $20 ABOVE actual postage to ship USPS to EUROPE
They WILL accept items that have the proper postage &/or shipping fee affixed -- but NOT for international

i used to go to a USPS contract station inside a gift shop, the owner runs the giftshop, and also provides UPS,FED EXP services.
That guy violates all the rules of USPS,never give a receipt, weigh the package on a scale below the counter and cheats on postage and weight.
I reported him to USPS twice,he is still there!!
