Bid on an item this A.M. from a seller with 185 net fb's. The TOS was quite long and involved but I thought I had scanned it pretty well for any glaring problems.
The item I bid on was a jelly purse for my granddaughter in a color she had been looking for. Not a big deal - only 6.99.
This is the email I received after I bid.
"I am cancelling your bid immediately!!. Obviously you did not read my terms of service. I state that anyone with a negative feedback in the last 9 months must not bid on my items. I only deal with reliable buyers. Reliable buyers do not get negative feedbacks. I have blocked you from bidding on any of my other items."
I rechecked the TOS and sure enough I missed the little line about no negs in the last 9 months.
I have 2 negs in the last 12 months - both from non-paying bidders. Retaliatory negs!!
My net fb is 1026 with no negs from sellers EVER!!!
The funny part of this whole deal is that the seller that blocked me has 2 negs for non payment and 1 neg for waiting 2 weeks to ship an item.
Just thought I would share this with everyone and hope you all get as big a chuckle as I did!!!
Geeze, she really has a chip on her shoulder. I would email her and say:
Thank you for cancelling my bid. I normally don't bid on items being sold by anyone with negative feedback of any sort. I just missed seeing yours. I also want to thank you for putting me on your blocked list so that I'm sure to never make this mistake again.

Cheryl, what a great response. I hope she has another hot item in reserve when the jelly purse fad dies out. I wonder what made her come up with the 9 month restriction, what a crazy number.
