Boy, do I feel stupid!
I clearly stated an auction I was running was "US" only. I tried to cancel a bid from Pakistan, but ended up cancelling all bids and cancelling the auction. (I thought I was telling the bidder the item was no longer for sale, I guess I told everyone!)
How do I reinstate the auction (and maybe my other bidders)?

Try using relist feature, or start auction over from scratch. You lost the bids, and they are gone. But bidders may be searching yet again for same item.

You can go to the ended auction & click on bids - then bid cancelled and see the bidders that you did not intend to cancel. I would write them and explain what happened and invite them back to bid again. I think that's about all you can do.

I did just relist, with a short explanation, emphasizing that it is a "US Only" auction.
Since I canceled ALL of the bids, can I still access them?
