I keep seeing ads for DHL on TV and even on Vendio. I'm not familiar with them, but would like an alternative to UPS or FedX for larger packages. Any info appreciated.

DHL is good. Don't sign up online though. Always call and schedule a meeting with your local rep. As you all know FED EX was cheaper than most carriers for those larger pkgs. Your DHL rep will guarantee you a better rate than Fed Ex but they have to give you the discount.
The only problem is I can't use my $300 Zebra label printer with them, as I did with fed ex. It only works with a regular printer for now. Getting a fast B/W laser printer should solve that.
