The eBay computer and various CS people monitor many of the crappy, illegal, silly, sensless, and childish things that people due on eBay, but not all of them. They depend on conscientious eBay buyers and sellers to turn the scum-buckets in! Its our house too, help keep clean.

At first I was thinking he was trying to build up his feedback, but it appears the same person is doing the bidding so it doesn't help.

Notice that both his feedback people spell good (gud)? They also use the same syntax as each other.

It looks like it is set up for test auctions. I looked at one of the auctions and it had "test" written in the title, description and in the seller's "about me"

If you look hard enough, you'll be able to find a couple of similar accounts that are Vendio employees. They are set up to trouble shoot bugs in their system and to test new features before they release them to us. Once in awhile they may use the account to make a legitimate purchase, but for the most poat, they are strictly used for testing.

They were probably one shot temporary accounts set up for a specific purpose and they requested Ebay to cancel them. About two years ago, when this was known as Auctionwatch, I ran across three accounts in the test auction area that belonged to AW employees. Two of them belonged to moderators in the Sales Manager/Image Hosting forum. They use them to test the system whenever users complain about some kind of problem or bug at Vendio and also before they roll out new features.
