Just had for the first time a "question from an eBayer" show up on my selling list. Whenj did this come about?

This is relatively new. It just gives you a heads up that a potential buyer has a ? in case you miss it in your emails.

If you answer the question from My Ebay you have the choice of inserting the question and answer into your auction. I think it's a great idea since I have had several questions that were really good and gave additional info on my auction.

Plus it saves you from answering the same question from different potential buyers.

I knew it was coming, but didn't realize it was actually in operation.

Personally, it is a pain in the derrière to me, as I don't check my auctions that often. Yahoo had or has that feature, and years ago when I use to sometimes use Yahoo, half the time I forgot to respond because I just don't "watch" my auctions that closely.

On the other hand, if the question asked is one which perhaps others will also ask, it might cut down on the stupid “ask question of seller,” e-mail.
