How come I am not being paid? Now I have over a grand owed to me. I have bills due NOW and I do not want to put anything on plastic. Just venting...... Miss J

How come I am not being paid?

Because eBay makes it possible for people to dick you around.

Unfortunately, the possible has of late moved into the realm of the probable.

Still working on filing FVFs. 38 so far with countless first-time NPB notifications. Meanwhile the email streams in, full of lies and demands from the newly NPB'd or FVF'd.

"Why'd you report me to eBay? Check my feedback, it's perfect! I always pay!" is the new song of the summer of 2004.

I remember reading here that summer is prime time for non bidders. By the emails I receive, It sounds like my bidders are young.

What surprises me is that some of my NPB are from Europe. Most of the time my European bidders pay.

I join you in this complaint, today.
Man, I was so happy this am!! Thought I had some good sales! (Popnrock...never depended on this for income, but its getting dire, so i know where you're at)- and stupid bidder emails me, sorry for inconvenience, forgot mom already bought one, please I am backing out on WB.
pfffstt....

Now wait 7-10 days to file on their azz.

- Dont people have anything else to do besides dork around honest hard-working ebay sellers??? Ugh! I am sending a jombie out for these people.

I'm seeing several behaviors this summer I have never seen before to any great degree.

The "I'll Try It To See If I Like It" approach:

Bidder wins three or more auctions. Sends payment for one. When sent reminder notices for the rest of them, comes back with "I haven't gotten the first one yet; I'll pay for the rest when that arrives."

Usually they don't.

The "I Have Perfect Feedback; How Dare You Question Me" approach:

Bidder wins anywhere from five to twenty-four auctions. Bidder has 100% feedback, sometimes in the three digits. Bidder ignores all email, including that sent from eBay or responds to reminders in a hostile manner.

Baffling.

I paid my vendor every Friday and take pride in paying my bills on time. My vendor tells me it's the same with their other customers this summer.
