I don't know if you can share it here but I've long thought it would be a good idea to share all of our blocked bidder lists. We could email our lists to one person who could compile them and then re: back to all the contributors with the new and improved list.

This guy should be on everyone's BBL.
It appears he's more of a seller than a bidder but he still buys and leaves terrible comments

Helen: If you post his ID for the public, with any bad comments, you had better have a good libel suit attorney. That's just the sad way things are today. Sue, Sue, Sue.
Just my thoughts.

etex someone could sue me all they want and all they'd get is a big fat child support headache and a headache of monthly bills. You can't pull blood from a turnip I don't care how good of a lawyer you have.
Let me see...
Go to the eBay Sellers Board "Seller Central" (free board to anyone) and find a post similar to the title of mine about a "scary leaver" of some sort.

Why doesn't Ebay shut him down? They would if he was a buyer with that many current negs?????

NO...you need a TOTAL of -4 before being shut down for excessive negs, & then, only if somebody rats ya out...

Yes it's the same guy referenced above.
I don't know how someone can get away with stuff that that.
Some of the negs are to newbies and they probably turned and ran from eBay thinking all sellers are like that.
Sad

Helen, forget this post. After reading this guy's feedback left for others, I think everyone he has ever dealt with should join together, file a class action, and sue, sue, sue. LOL

Ebay is at fault for allowing this guy to continue. It almost looks like his sole purpose on Ebay is for leaving feedback, which would qualify the recipients to apply for feedback removal. Sooner or later, one of this seller's victims will be a crooked, greedy lawyer who is going to strike back big time. I would love to sit through the trial that is sure to follow.

We can post our opinions about some of these NPB types. Just state it as an opinion and even list the auction he/she/IT screwed you on. The truth is the best defense.(As long as you can prove it)

Glassgrl I read that thread when it was first posted over there (I have a browser open to that board and here all the time, I refresh through the day to read) and was so grossed out. Can you imagine buying something and not knowing THAT history behind it?

lol glassgrl yes I read about 3 pages of that thread ...I was amazed by some of the responses. I would not have bought the stuff but if they had a yard sale and I didn't know the background I would have went and bought ....I wrote down some of the cleaners the recommended. Ya never know when you might need one of them

did you see where the seller accidently posted under her "real" ebay ID?
That's is just so...not good taste.
That is NO taste AT ALL!
Can you imagine that conversation? "gee honey, I know it's a good price but how are we going to get rid of it?" "I know...we'll Ebay it!"
This truly makes me never ever want to buy anything off of Ebay again. Ever.
