I am brand new here and giving vendio a try. So here is my question....In my other non-vendio auctions I have a window at the bottom of the auction featuring auctions/stores listings. How do I get that on the Vendio?

Are you talking about the "See more great items from this seller" on ebay? Or are you talking about Vendio's "Gallery" ? Or something else entirely??

Make sure you set up your ebay store categories in "My account" "ebay item specifics" ( or whatever it is called)...you actually have to import your categories to Vendio...and then every listing will cross promote items in the same category.

ok moody, I did that ...importing ebay store listings into vendio...but I still don't get the window that used to come below my auction listing 3 auctions (Ebay calls it cross promotions). I noticed that you don't have this either.

How impolite of me! I forgot to say welcome to Vendio. WELCOME TO VENDIO!
I just looked at an auction of mine and the cross promotion is showing....maybe ebay is glitchy?? DO you see any cross promotions on any seller's auctions? Maybe it's an ebay view option that you select in preferences on ebay? ( I don't know the answer to any of these questions - just tossing out ideas)...I havent looked at all of my listings..which one did you see without cross promos??

If you are talking about the point at which you are "creating and previewing" an auction or listing here on Vendio, nope it (Cross Promotions) doesn't show here. However it does show on my auctions once they are launched and active on ebay.
Does that answer your question or have I just made things worse???

thanks, somehow it is only happening on my computer. I contacted to live support people at ebay and moody here on the board all say they saw my cross-promotions. I was wondering if vendio got rid of ebay cross promotions in favor of theirs.
