Jack...Happy Thanksgiving to you also. We have a 27 pounder that's going in the oven early tomorrow. No fooling around with those little ones, if you're gonna cook a turkey, make it worth while. I was thinking of making homemade ice cream. Then I realized, I sold the ice cream maker to a guy in South Carolina this summer. Damn, I better go check and make sure I didn't sell the roasting pan.

I get to relax a little this year. We usually have it at our house but we are going to my fiance brother's and as of right now we don't need to bring anything. I am usually so tired after cooking the turkey and everything else I don't want to eat so I can't enjoy it. We get out of Christmas this year too. We are going to his sister's. Next year may be a different story. We'll more than likely have to do both. We will hopefully have our bigger house by then.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Don't eat too much turkey and dressing.

Ummmm....That's probably because you forgot the most important ingredient. A bottle of two buck chuck will make that dinner a lot easier to cook and enjoy

Sparkz--That's right. How could I possibly forget. After a bottle or two, dinner may not be finished because I would be passed out either next to the stove or half in the oven. LOL
