I give up-

I can't figure out how to get the icons next to "sold" items to light up as i get paid, ship, etc.

If buyers pay thru Paypal it is done automatically- but if by mail - I don'r know .

Can someone clue me in?

There should be a little arrow at the end of the item that is a drop down menu....it should be in there. I think it says "mark as paid"

I NEVER would have found that - thought it was yet another meaningless ebay icon signifying something I didn't care about.....

Which is how you should use it now. Keep your own good records and keep ebay out of the loop. Just way too confusing.
