Thank you for writing. I now understand the problem .
Though I agree it was difficult to envision the unique dimensions of the ring, I feel our photos showed that aspect.
The few returns I have had on Ebay in the seven years I have been selling online was because I did not see a flaw, and I never questioned those returns as I am doing now.
Please return the ring within the next week in the condition in which it was sent, which includes insurance for the full amount and and a Delivery Confirmation for both of our protection.
I will contact you as soon as the ring is returned and if all is well, will immediately refund your payment through PayPal.
I would appreciate a heads up when you send it.
Thanks for your quick response. It’s not the size 8 aspect, which I agree could be handled by a jeweler. The problem she’s having is with the dimensions of the body of the ring. I understand those dimensions were included in the listing, but they are unique in nature and therefore hard to envision without the ring in hand. Please advise.
