This item comes from the family estate of a friend of mine. I THINK it's Capodimonte (based on the mark). Can anyone verify this for me and tell the the approximate date it was made? Also...does it have any worth? The colors are really gaudy and it doesn't suit my tastes at all but I know "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"...Any help is, as usual, greatly appreciated!

Yes, Capodimonte is correct. I personally don't like the stuff, but it usually does well on Ebay.

Size is critical. Buyers also want pieces with no chips on the petals.

Thanks for the help...This piece stands about 7 inches tall and is about 8 inches wide. It does have some chips so I know that will affect the value considerably.
