I am not sure but I think ( like the ones I got last week and keep getting over and over again) is a scam. It says I can't reply to the message and to answer through ebay requires sign-in....i got the same message from another user right after I got this one.
Anyone else getting these??

Message From eBay Member
If this email is an offer to directly sell you an item without bidding on and winning the item on eBay, please report it to us immediately and do not respond. An offer to sell an item directly to another eBay member through email violates eBay rules. It is also extremely unsafe to purchase an item through this email system regardless of the seller's claims or feedback, as you lose the benefit of eBay's purchase protection programs and risk losing your money.
Never pay for your eBay item through instant cash transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram. Such services offer Internet shoppers no protection against fraud.
Dear neglus,
Hello, My mother purchased one item from you and recommended you as a seller I can really trust. I'd like to place an order with you but I'm wondering if you accept personal checks (no problem if I have to wait till it's cleared).I also would like item to be shipped via USPS.What are the terms of shipping? Thank you for your answer!
Please respond to the question on eBay by clicking the button below.
Thank you,

I know usually I answer with reply button but this one said it would just go back to aw-confirm ebay if I did that.....it wasn't about a particulat auction. I answered finally by clicking on "contact member" under the user name given and hid my email address. I don't like the idea of having to sign in to ebay through an email link to answer a ASAQ!!

I just answered an eBay question from another member and it did not have the above line in the text anywhere. I wonder why your message did? Hummm...

You have the option to have your email hidden on ASAQ, so the seller has to log in to eBay to answer the question.

there are some that send a question and click to hide their address. When that is done you get the line in question and the return addtress is an ebay adress rather than the members. If you doubt the validity of the email, just go to MyEbay and answer the question from there.

Did you send it to [email protected]?

My Ebay just shows ITEMS with questions - this must have come from "contact ebay member" rather than an item. I didn't send to spoof@ebay - seems to me they just have canned responses and never actually look at the items sent.
This one probably is valid but who knows - I won't answer anything that requires me to log in to ebay via a link in an email. Period.
I got a very strange ASAQ a week or so ago (I posted it on this forum at the time - someone who wanted to spend $900 on my items as I remember) - since that time I have received about 10 more of that same email (always have deleted without responding). I don't know what's going on but it sure seems suspicious!

I got this one a couple of days ago. I checked My eBay to make I wasn't hacked into or something. There was nothing there about a neck tie of any kind and nothing I didn't recognize, so I just deleted it.
I also checked this guys auctions and feedback. As far as I could tell, he doesn't even sell these things.
Dear gtootie,
Why didn't you pay for your Republican elephant neck tie?
Be kind. Everyone is fighting their own secret battles.

Just answered 2 questions on items for sale with none of this. The questions were attached to the item they wanted an answer on.

That particuular Drug is Highly, Highly! illegal in this Country! (it has been said it would deteriate the moral society, we DON'T want that happening here! )Your normal every day drugs (steroids, 420, mescaline, heroine, cocain, LSD,reds, blues, pinks. Ya know, just everyday stuff) on e bay, are easier to get. You have to travel to China. It's POWERFUL stuff. Wunhunglow told me of this.
