I bought two items from the same seller on eBay, paid with PayPal via the checkout mechanism right after the purchase. I paid the amount stated in the listings for the shipping. Four days later, the seller sends me separate invoices for the two items. I forward my PayPal receipt to the seller e-mail with an explanation that I had paid for the items. Also mentioned that I paid the shipping amount for combined shipping and that he/she had invoiced me for separate shipping. No reply to this message after 24 hours.
But, I DID get another invoice for the second item. This time, I copied the PayPal receipt into the newest invoice and forwarded back to the seller, saying "I have paid for this item in a combined purchase. Please see receipt below...."
This is all happening almost a week after the purchase. I asked seller to please reply with something besides just another invoice.
Now, I have 100% positive feedback. I don't want to end up with NEG by being snitty with this person, but what else can I do? If I had really need these items in a hurry, I would be out of luck.

I recently had the same problem. I paid through PayPal, but it wasn't showing as being paid - not in My eBay or the seller's My eBay. I finally had to tell the seller to ignore the My eBay and check their PayPal account. I've had a few problems with eBay over the last couple of weeks. So worth the rate hike!
