Sorry for such a newbie question, but I get complaints from buyers who don't want to enter all of their personal info for Vendio checkout when PayPal already has it.
Can I still do Vendio but not have buyers fill that cr*p out?

If you use Vendio Post management PayPal is linked so if a customer paid for the item with PayPal directly from the auction page without going to Vendio first, their information is transferred to Vendo Management in your management account.
There are some preferences you will need to change in Ebay, PayPal and Vendio. You will need a PayPal account to have the information transfer to the Vendio Account.
The Post Management program is very helpful if you have a large number of auctions closing. It has check boxes for each process to keep you organized.
I make reference to the Vendio Check out box in my auctions with a notation that it helps process their shipment faster and information for check paying can be exchanged. About one third of my buyers still don't read the instructions however and with a large number of closing auctions its a real pain to track them down in my email.

Here what I do and it works good for me.
On small items - I list the shipping and don't need the calculator so I include the following in my WBN.
"If you prefer to use the paypal payment link and shipping is listed in the auction - please feel free to to do so. However is shipping is calculated by zip code - you will get the shipping by using this link. If you have any problems or questions - please feel free to contact me at myemail"
I don't have as many people use the vendio link now but payments are just as fast so I don't care - works for me.

Do as I do, don't use Vendio checkout. I don't use eBay's either. I just send an invoice after the auction ends. Works great for me.

i won't even buy from someone if the only option for paying is vd checkout. tried it once - very tedious and time consuming and i found the amount of info asked for to be unnecessary for the transaction. just my $0.02 worth for sellers using vd checkout.
what i do postauction is, send the invoice to the buyer directly through ebay. invoice gives the payment options and my mailing address. everyone seems happy with that, at least no complaints, thousands of sales later.
