I'll ship to Elbonia, as long as they pay with BidPay & donna ask for "change" ...

I have shipped to South Africa without problems - their mail is as reliable as most others.

More details needed. I've shipped a few things to South Africa, it depends on what type of item you're shipping and how much it's worth?

I just sent a package to South Africa. Buyer paid via BidPay and I didn't ship until I had the money order in hand. He complained a bit that I charged too much in S&H but he didn't ask til after he had won the auction. I'm not sure if he's rec'd the item yet but so far, so good.

Just need to ask if you confirmed with the bank to make sure that this is the real card holder.
My advice would be to only accept bidpay payments for overseas sales as your butt is covered without the worry of a chargeback in case the parcel goes missing or is slow to get there.
My last shipment to Africa took three months as they wanted "surface" shipping. Sure thing they emailed and ask where their parcel was after only a couple of weeks. Made sure they knew they picked the shipping route, not me!
