Hey All-
Well I decided to Call Ebays Suspension Dept, and was told my account would remian suspended for no less then 30 days obviouly due to repeated violations on my behalf.
I also prcoeded to tell the woman I spoke to on the phone how another Ebay member has been Sabotoging my Ebay business for over three months etc. She wanted me to forward her all relevant emails he has sent me...etc..etc..etc.
I also discussed with her what I should do as far as fullfilling all the orders for customers who have not responded via email to the message I sent them. She said she would also look into this matter. After over 10 days and over 10 emails to Ebay, I had to talk to someone. Amazingly I didn't have to wait on hold, I was speaking to a real person in less the 2 minuts. I'll let you guys know what transpires.

Can I ask you something Excelrye? Did you keep listing the same items (after the warning from Ebay) because your competitor still has them listed?
I had trouble with an seller years ago. They use to email my customers and offer them a better price. I couldn't understand why I had so many NPB until one of my bidders told me what happened. From that point forward I made my auctions private. This was years ago and since then Ebay made it harder to get bidders email address.
