I spent a good part of my morning trying to download shipping assistant and adobe acrobat. Well when it was finally all done I went in to print my label and this is the message I got.
"There is a problem trying to display module.
Use an external image viewer application to view labels."
Any suggestions? I had it on my old computer but I can't get it on this one. I did a run search found a bunch of adobe folders so I checked them and there was nothing attched to them also. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Libra,
I don't know if this is the cause of your problem, but you do have to have the java plugin for shipping asst. to work.

Well sorry it took so long. I deleted everything again and redid the programs. when you download acrobat reader it is 6.0 so that is what I have. I got the same message as stated above. I gave in and wrote to who ever takes care of the technical stuff. Since this was someone elses computer I have no idea what is on it but I did notice a lot of hidden acrobat reader icons which I deleted. I sure hope they can help me as I will be having a lot of labels to print at the beginning of next week.
Anyone else have any suggestions. Thanks all

One thing I DO know about READER 6 is this:
I upgraded from 5 to 6, and everytime I launched AR6, my PC would FREEZE UP!
Drove me nuts (say? how can ya tell?)
Anyhoo...what happened is this:
When I installed 6, I ASSUMED that 5 was either deleted or overwritten..NOT SO!
TWAS STILL THERE...
CAUSING TROUBLE for all good boys & dogs!
SO, as soon as I deleted AR5, all my troubles went away...
My hair grew back...
I lost 50 pounds...
Women NOW find me irrestible...
So, take it from this former 90lb weakling:

libra, if you can do a 'go back' recover the computer to yesterday, you might want to do that. You say deleted, but do you mean you uninstalled the program? Because I think you might have to uninstall it to get rid of the duplicate files or upgraded files.
You might also need to run Windows installer clean-up. I dont have the link for it, sorry, but if you google it, you should get a direct page to it.

Well after trying to down load again it didn't work so I email the usps website. within 3 hours I received a response. They told me to download adobe 5.x then they gave me the website. Now it works. Thank goodness I just hate to pay for Priority eDC confirmation when I know it is free.
